    • Using S.I.R.F. for defining organisational strategy combining the Ansoff Matrix, BCG Growth-Share Matrix, H&F Strategy Diamond, PEST, PORTER Value Chain, SWOT, T&W Value Disciplines, MoSCoW Method and Value management
    • Using S.I.R.F. for building and managing information combining Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, ITIL and SDI, SOA, Requirement Management, Program and Project Management, Risk and Security Management and WBISCT Asset Security Classification Management (ASCM©) tool and DevOps practices.
    • Using S.I.R.F. for optimising limited resources combining Governance, Capability Framework / SFIA Transactional Analysis Stakeholder and relationship Management Balanced Scorecard Maturity Models, LEAN 6 SIGMA, Problem-Solving and Structured Thinking

ALC’s comprehensive workbook has been developed with an emphasis on enhancing the practical approach of training, as well as combining a mix of other teaching methods to deliver the content in the most comfortable, educational and entertaining way.

The Course Delivery

ALC’s 3 (to 5-day if practitioner level is also chosen) S.I.R.F. Course combines theory and practice throughout the week with a very hands-on teaching approach. Our trainer ensures the clients can “think on their own”.

Our trainers use contextualised videos and storytelling based on their real-world experience as well as unique (sometimes tailored) exercises, application test questions, group scenarios as well as the practice day case study.

The practitioner level is an optional and intensive 2 day “hands on” course, which will enhance the participants’ understanding of the SIRF’s content and greatly increase their chances of success in their implementation, work and projects by using the SIRF. It is a highly practical level where the delegates will be working in groups and asked to design solutions to problems using the SIRF knowledge, they acquired during the foundation level. It can be attended right after the foundation level or at a later date.

Prerequisites

There is no formal prerequisite to attend the S.I.R.F. foundation level course. However, some experience working in small or large enterprise has proven beneficial for a more thorough understanding.

Optional Practitioner (2 DAYS) for $2,250 + GST is also available. S.I.R.F. Foundation level is a prerequisite to attend this level.
