Comprehensive full colour course workbook

Our comprehensive workbook has been developed with an emphasis on enhancing the practical approach of training, as well as combining a mix of other teaching methods to deliver the content in the most comfortable, educational and entertaining way.

The Course Delivery

This 3 days SIRF Course combines theory and practice throughout the week with a very hands-on teaching approach. Our trainer ensures the clients can “think on their own”.

Our trainers use contextualised videos and storytelling based on their real-world experience as well as unique (sometimes tailored) exercises, application test questions, group scenarios as well as the practice day case study.

The practitioner level is an optional and intensive 2 day “hands on” course, which will enhance the participants’ understanding of the SIRF’s content and greatly increase their chances of success in their implementation, work and projects by using the SIRF. It is a highly practical level where the delegates will be working in groups and asked to design solutions to problems using the SIRF knowledge, they acquired during the foundation level. It can be attended right after the foundation level or at a later date.

There is no formal prerequisite to attend the SIRF foundation level course. However, some experience working in small or large enterprise has proven beneficial for a more thorough understanding.
